What do you think makes B2W unique?

The cultural atmosphere and operating philosophy that is much more similar to a start-up than a well-established company that’s been in business for 25 years.

What do you like most about your role supporting B2W clients?

I enjoy the overall troubleshooting aspect of it, and working hands on with our clients to integrate their B2W products with their accounting systems.

Any insider tips on steps clients should take to optimize support?

I would suggest that clients utilize the [email protected] email to send in their specific question(s) and/or issue(s). With that approach the whole team here will see the case and we are able to put our heads together and bounce ideas of each other.

What’s the one TV show you never miss?

Game of Thrones

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Going to the gym, playing sports, basically just being active.

What did you do before working at B2W?

Graduated from The University of New Hampshire, and throughout my time there I held an internship for a construction management/engineering consulting firm.

What is your personal motto?
