Paul J. McKeon, Jr., CEO
Paul founded B2W, and his visionary leadership has driven continuous, cutting-edge product development and revenue growth. Paul is intimately involved in all aspects of the company and inspires passion, ownership and excellence throughout the team. With an extensive background in the construction industry, he plays a major role in shaping a responsive, client-driven product roadmap. He also mentors the Sales organization on a solution based selling model. Paul and his wife Jessica have five daughters. In their spare time, they enjoy boating, golfing, travel, the arts and music. They are also major philanthropists in the New Hampshire seacoast region where they live.
Robert Brown, President and COO
Bob brings extensive executive and board-level experience to his position at B2W, where he is focused on driving operational performance and excellence throughout the organization. Previously, as CEO of the world’s leading supplier of industrial printing technology, he led a turn-around and restructuring plan that re-established a premier global brand and grew annual revenue to more than $1 billion. Bob currently serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations and companies, including a community bank of which he was one of the founders. He earned a BS in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA.
David Flynn, Exec. Vice President and CFO
Dave plays a key role in driving B2W Software’s strategies while overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, legal and administrative operations. He has more than 25 years of high-tech financial and operations experience as a senior executive and CFO across firms focused on software, hosting and technology-enabled services. Dave is a CPA who began his public accounting career at PriceWaterhouse LLP. He is an active member of CFMA, and a founding member of the New Hampshire chapter where he currently serves as President. Dave enjoys traveling and golfing, and is an avid runner who has completed numerous marathons.
Bihari Srinivasan, CTO, VP Engineering
Bihari came to B2W with over 30 years of experience in electrical, hardware, and software engineering. As a hands-on technologist and teacher, he oversees the operation, well-being, and furtherance of the engineering department. Bihari holds advanced degrees in electrical engineering and computer science and served as the vice president, CTO, and chief architect at various companies in the greater Boston area. He is an avid reader, classical-music enthusiast, motorcyclist, and incorrigible handyman.
Jeff Russell, VP Sales
Jeff has had a leadership role with the B2W Sales team since 1999, with a focus on helping clients implement software solutions to automate processes, cut costs, increase efficiency and maximize profitability. He also works closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams, articulating the evolving requirements and requests of clients so they can be incorporated within the B2W product portfolio. Jeff is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He resides in Atlanta, and oversees the B2W Sales team from the company’s regional office there. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, music, boating and hunting.
Lisa Clark, VP Marketing
Lisa is responsible for establishing B2W’s acclaimed ONE platform and innovative brand in North American markets. With a track record of building high-value software companies, she brings proven expertise in positioning solutions that drive digital transformation and business efficiency — turning clients into category leaders. Prior to joining B2W in 2018, Lisa held marketing leadership roles for several pioneering start-ups and a number of successful public software companies. She graduated from The American University, and has an MBA from Simmons College. She enjoys travel, music and the outdoors.
Jeff Pankratz, VP Client Services
From support engineer to vice president of Client Services, Jeff Pankratz has worn many hats during his 16-year tenure at B2W. Responsible for the satisfaction of every client, he has built a department that excels at helping new users implement software, training users and delivering world-class support. Jeff earned degrees in English and computer science before landing his “first real job” providing software and technical support in the natural gas pipeline industry. Away from his desk, he clears his head in the custom kitchen he designed and built himself and burns off the ensuing calories with his running shoes, hiking boots, and specialized road bike.
Doug Seyler, VP Implementation & Client Success
Doug is a recognized expert in strategic planning, project management, process improvement, cost analysis and change management. Having held previous operational and business integration roles with Oldcastle Materials and Summit Materials, he leads the B2W team that helps users optimize their software and their business processes. He also contributes his extensive industry expertise to ongoing product development efforts. He is an active member of the National Asphalt Pavement Association and the Association of General Contractors, with a BS from Saint Michaels College, and MBA from New Hampshire College. Doug enjoys off-road motorcycle riding, boating, cooking, and golf.
