Flexible daily work logs
Employee hours
Users report hours as regular time, overtime, double time or unpaid time by job and account. Labor rates are applied based on the tasks performed by each employee.
Production quantities and tracking accounts
Specify multiple tracking accounts, including production accounts, overhead (non-production) accounts and tracking of time and materials that are not part of a fixed-price job.
Equipment utilization
Operators and others can submit equipment hours by job and account with the flexibility to include operating, idle and repair time for precise accounting of all hours reported.
Custom-defined fields and notes
Use custom, user-defined fields and notes in each work log section to communicate additional information regarding the day’s work.

Individual employees can create work logs with the app, or the logs can be created by administrators. Previous work logs can also be copied to save time in initiating new logs.
