2012: Announced Mobile Application for iPad and Andriod tablet devices.


2011: Moved headquarters office to a brand-new location on the waterfront of historic downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire.


2011: Released the second module of the BUILD2WIN Integrated Construction Management Suite—BUILD2WIN Logistics.


2011: Released BID2WIN 2011 and BUILD2WIN Field version 2.3, adding many new user-requested features and enhancements to both products.


2010: Introduced the all-new BUILD2WIN Integrated Construction Management Suite, with three integrated, web-based modules sharing one common database, and allowing all departments to share real-time information on the status of their resources.


2009: Added over 80 new enhancements and features in the release of BID2WIN 2009, as well as released four updated versions of BUILD2WIN.


2008: Released BUILD2WIN Field Tracking—the first browser-based solution to provide real-time tracking and analysis of job cost and project data.


2007: Announced development of the first suite of powerful, enterprise-class construction management tools that synergistically combine estimating and bidding with real-time field data management, providing unmatched ease-of-use, accuracy and control over the most mission critical management processes in the company.


2004: Released BID2WIN 2005—the culmination of a three-year, multi-million dollar development effort to re-engineer the existing application using the latest Microsoft technology.


2001: Massive development effort to create the next generation of heavy construction management software employing Microsoft .NET and its powerful database engine, SQL Server.


2000: Unveiled an enhanced version of BID2WIN Estimating & Bidding to prominent industry representatives at the first BID2WIN Software User Conference.


1998: Debuted BID2WIN Estimating & Bidding—the first construction estimating program built from the ground up for the Windows operating environment.


1995: Introduced Niche PowerBid, the first estimating program designed exclusively for paving companies in North America.
