  • 2015: Introduced B2W Inform, a powerful element for enterprise-wide information management and analysis.
  • 2014: B2W Cloud adds a cloud-hosting option that can minimizing IT requirements and provide access and security advantages.
  • 2013: Changed name from BID2WIN to B2W Software, highlighting transformative expansion from original estimating and bidding software to unified ONE Platform with estimating and operational elements.
  • 2013: Introduced B2W Maintain element, enabling clients to streamline equipment maintenance and repair processes and optimize preventive maintenance.
  • 2012: New Mobile App provides anytime, anywhere tablet access to critical field tracking and maintenance data and functionality.
  • 2011: Introduced BUILD2WIN Logistics; enhanced versions of new element for resource planning and dispatching would later be released as B2W Dispatch
  • 2011: Relocated to a new headquarters on the waterfront in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
  • 2010: Launched BUILD2WIN Integrated Construction Management Suite – precursor to the ONE Platform – unifying web-based elements around one common operations database and allowing all departments to share real-time information.
  • 2009: Added over 80 new enhancements and features in the release of BID2WIN 2009, as well as released four updated versions of BUILD2WIN.
  • 2008: Added BUILD2WIN (later B2W Track) element for field tracking and analysis, creating the first-ever suite of unified construction management tools for the mission-critical processes of estimating and field data management.
  • 2007: Announced development of the first suite of powerful, enterprise-class construction management tools that synergistically combine estimating and bidding with real-time field data management, providing unmatched ease-of-use, accuracy and control over the most mission critical management processes in the company.
  • 2005: Company name changed to BID2WIN Software, emphasizing profit-focused solution for heavy construction estimating and bidding.
  • 2004: Intensive development delivers BID2WIN 2005, a re-engineering of the application for the next-generation Microsoft.NET platform and its powerful SQL Server database engine.
  • 2001: Massive development effort to create the next generation of heavy construction management software employing Microsoft .NET and its powerful database engine, SQL Server.
  • 2000: First Users Conference held in Florida.
  • 1998: Introduced BID2WIN Estimating & Bidding, first heavy construction estimating program built from the ground up for Windows environment
  • 1995: Introduced PowerBid, first estimating program designed exclusively for DOT paving jobs and including approved state bid form generator for direct submittal.
  • 1994: Created the first approved estimating program for MA and NH DOT’s.
  • 1993: Paul McKeon founded Niche Software, Inc.; developed AutoQuote estimating program for commercial paving.
